Waiting For Love
The Bible says in Song of Solomon 8:4 “I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, Do not stir up nor awaken love until it pleases.” Soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Angiano did just that! They prayed, waited, and had faith that The lord would bring them that perfect person. Some people would say it’s old fashioned but to me it is inspirational and quite refreshing! Gabby and Josh always put God first in their relationship. They read and pray together and they have even served in the missions field with one another. Starting their life with this strong foundation will lead them to a successful marriage and their love for each other will only grow deeper. Gabby and Josh believe that the reason for marriage is to edify God and to show an example of God’s love for us. What is the true meaning of love? What comes to mind is John 3:16 New King James Version (NKJV) ” For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” So true love is to give of yourself sacrificially which is exactly what marriage is all about. In just the 2 years that I have been married I have seen the truth in that. It’s no longer all about you it is about your spouse and their needs as well.1Corinthians 13:4-7 says “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” Let this amazing couple be an example to us on what is most important in love and marriage. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to capture their love with my camera tomorrow as their wedding photographer and most importantly as their friend.
